- Weekly this will be reviewed for ensuring planned dates of "processing".
- Processing details - weekly this also will be reviewed and followed up.

Management Team :
Viswanathan has over 35 years of experience in the coir and other natural fiber related flooring materials. Prior to starting Natfibers, he was the Head of the Coir division of Aspinwall Group. In Aspinwall, in adition to managing the day to day operations, Viswanathan grew the business multifold. He was instrumental in bringing a host of new customers to the company from US and Europe. His achievements also include conceiving/starting the operations of the PVC COIR TUFTING division in TamilNadu, as also introducing Coir Products under the brand name SPARSH and Geotextiles in the Domestic market.
Viswanathan is also actively associated/ involved in various professional/ industry organizations. He was the President of TCMMA, a body of the Coir exporters in Kerala. He was also elected twice as the President of Travancore Chamber of Commerce, Alleppey. Currently, he is the Government Nominee to the Advisory Committee of Employee State Insurance Corporation and also the member of Alleppey Port Operations Committee.
He is also regular speaker at reputed conferences and management schools in India.
An expert in the area of soil mechanics and foundation engineering, JayaKrishnan is firmly saddled in giving technical consultancy in Geo-spreads, apart from making and supplying Coir Geos. He has designed and devised various Geo textile products for many mainline customers. His key strength lies in helping his clients to select the appropriate Geo textile products after a deep study of the soil and assessment of the site.
Jaya Krishnanalso has diverse experience in the field of foundation engineering. He has handled many major Government and private projects in Cochin.
He holds an M.Tech in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering from NIT Surat and a BTech in Civil Engineering from the University of Calicut
